We discovered a slow leak in our kitchen, and John from A1 Assessors came highly recommended to us by a colleague at work. John negotiated directly with our insurance company and their loss adjustor and also met the loss adjustor at our home when he came to assess the damage. A1 assisted me recently in dealing with an insurance claim. John was great to deal with. He gathered and collated all the information and paperwork required and made contact and set up the appointment with the insurance assessor. Because all the preparatory work had been done by John it made things easier for the assessor and insurance company to deal with the claim. We had a water leak recently in our attic which came down into the bedrooms. We didn't experience anything like this before and didn't know what to do outside calling the insurance company. Even though I didn’t have a clue what I was doing, I proceeded on my own until someone mentioned to us that we need our own Assesser. I contacted A1 and John was out to us the next day. From the start he advised us and made it seem for the start that we had someone on our side fighting for us. He got us an interim payment to get the water and heating back on. Which is something I didn’t even know existed. John did the rebuild cost so all we had to provide was the content loss.

We will be forever grateful to John.
